Aero Systems Engineering Leadership Transition


Mr. Meier’s appointment is in line with the succession plan for ASE and the planned retirement of Tom Moll after a 39 year career with FluiDyne/ASE.  ASE is grateful for Tom’s contributions to FluiDyne/ASE over this period of time.
 
David brings more than 27 years of experience in the Test and Measurement industry with more than 12 years of executive management and leadership experience.  He most recently served as Executive Vice President of ASE and member of the ASE Board of Directors.  David started his career at FluiDyne/ASE and held various roles in engineering, project management, and sales/marketing.  He was at ASE and FluiDyne for 9 years before moving to MTS Systems Corporation, a global supplier of test systems.  During his 14 years at MTS, he held various management roles including Vice President Worldwide Selling, Marketing and Customer Service.  He returned to ASE in 2011, as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.
